It's raining. I love the rain. Rain is a symbol of God's love and goodness. Just as the sun shines on the just and on the unjust, God chooses to bless us with rain. At times God has witheld rain because of the sins of the people. It is symbolic in so many ways.
But one of the greatest blessings is when God sends rain to our hearts. There are times when are hearts become dry, cracked, and hurt much like a dry desert and are need of His redeeming rain to soften our hearts and bring us back into sweet fellowship with Him.
I love the rain.
